Practice Healthy Habits

Here's how:
  • Wash your hands with soap and water for at least 20 seconds. 
  • When you're unable to wash your hands, use an alcohol-based sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Avoid touching your face.
  • Avoid contact with people who are sick.
  • Avoid touch greetings, including hugs, kisses, handshakes, etc.
  • Stay home if you are sick and avoid close contact with others.
  • Cover your mouth/nose with a tissue or sleeve when coughing or sneezing.
  • Clean and disinfect frequently touched objects and surfaces.
  • Maintain a safe distance of 6+ feet from others.
  • Feeling sick? Call ahead and ask your healthcare provider if they have any instructions before you visit their office.
