Current & Closed Bids
For current and closed bid opportunities (since January 2017), View Bids/RFP/RFQ Opportunities. These are formal Invitations for Bids (IFB), Requests for Proposals (RFP), and Requests for Qualifications (RFQ).
All procurements above $100,000 for personal property, above $200,000 for Public Works projects, and above $200,000 for professional consultant services, will be conducted formally. An informal request for bids or proposals may occasionally be included.
Sign Up For Notifications
Interested vendors are encouraged to sign up for electronic notification of opportunities. Sign up for email or text messages using Notify Me. Sign in with your email address and optionally enter a cell phone number if you want to receive text message alerts. Click the letter and/or phone icon next to each category you want to receive alerts about. You will be sent a message when a new opportunity has been posted to the website. You will also be notified of any addenda to IFBs, RFPs, and RFQs within the selected categories.
