Have you ever wanted to start a side hustle? Did DiCaprio’s 2013 film The Wolf of Wall Street get you just the tiniest bit interested in the stock market? Did your company put some of your 401k into stocks and you’re not sure how to manage that?  I’ll be honest, the stock market isn’t for everyone. However, if you have been curious about the stock market, have part of a 401k invested in stocks, or are a seasoned stock trader, Morningstar is the place for you.

At its core, Morningstar is a live investment research database center that updates every 15 minutes and covers over 900 stocks. 

 It allows users to: 

  • screen for stocks
  • read analysis reports
  • take investment classes
  •  screen for EFTs 
  • create a retirement or continuing education plan

Not a seasoned investor? That’s fine. Morningstar offers aid and information for investors at all experience levels. Morningstar even offers classes and no stress quizzes on investing for those at any investment level. Morningstar makes it easy to determine which stocks are right for you with their easy to use tools such as:

  • simple pdf downloads
  •  easy to read data comparison charts
  • expert commentary, and star ratings (1 star = overpriced, 3 stars = fair exchange, 5 stars = underpriced)
